details for "Diva in Training" (Diva's Rush)
Diva's program encourages all first-time participants to go
through our two week basic training program before becoming a diva.
These two weeks will help you gradually get ready for being part of
divas fitness. You will be taught proper form and correct technique when
executing the given exercise. It is also a period that you can decide if
this fitness program is a fit for you (which I'm sure it is!) Diva's
Rush would be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday
for two weeks.

Diva Fitness
Bootcamp is our most challenging program.
After the completion of training you can participate in Diva Fitness
Bootcamp. This program is run three days a week, to fit into those busy
schedules and you can also make it a way of life. Diva’s is all about
getting to that fitness point and maintaining it in a safe, simple and
effective way. I motivate, teach and coach a life style.

Diva’s Fitness Bootcamp meets
Monday – Wednesday – Friday
5:30 AM to 6:30 AM. There is also a later class from 8:30-9:30 AM.
