Program

Diva Fitness Boot Camp consists of three workouts a week.

These workouts include cardiovascular, drills and strength training. You will be experiencing a wide variety of fitness workouts, it may be wheel barrows, bear crawls or tag (who said working out should not be fun!). There is also an option for at-home training.

At Diva Fitness Boot Camp everyone is encouraged to do as much as they can, and we are all sensitive and supportive of each other limitations. No one is expected to be in tip top shape, so if you have to walk a little during a run, that's fine.

If you have to pause for a breath during a push up drill that’s also ok,
but always do it with a purpose in mind.

If you are a beginner you will be cared for and encouraged
by your exercise partners.

Furthermore, you would be instructed on proper form
and techniques and each new diva would be assessed by me thoroughly after joining.

Who said working out cannot be fun!
