Diva Fitness an all around team building, strength, and cardiovascular training program. It is led by instructor Sherma Francis, a certified fitness instructor and a spinning instructor.

Diva Fitness boot camp is structured to meet the holistic needs of the individual. Challenges are presented mentally, physically and spiritually, and women are motivated to enjoy nature and make exercise as natural as possible. “Wherever we are and whatever we have we make it a form of exercise.”

That might mean running through trails, crunches with sticks while you view the pond, or using the steps of your local grocery store for lunges while you check what’s on sale.

The most gratifying aspect of Diva Fitness is the team spirit. When powerful women get together the support, strength, and encouragement creates an inner healing emotionally and mentally, while the workout works with the physical. We emphasize no one is better than another. Divas come in all shapes and sizes.
